Char Crust - perfect for burgers, steak, chicken and salmon! Creates a crispy crust on the outside and seals all of the juices inside! **Recommendation - place your protein in a zip lock bag, and add enough Char Crust to cover. Shake up to thoroughly coat. Remove protein from bag and place on grill (or oven, or griddle) and cook to desired temperature. Delicious!
