RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Food items (sauces, seasonings, etc.) must be returned unopened, with original factory seal intact. Opened food items will not be accepted for returns/refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

All items purchased online are shipped within 2 business days of the order date.  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order date.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

 

The Grill Works will ship items within the continental United States. However, local restrictions may apply. Customers outside of the United States should check applicable national and local import regulations and contact The Grill Works directly at 319-395-7118.
