This spicy chimichurri mix is made of spices, garlic, and salt. Directions are included on the bottle - Combine one part mix to one part red wine vinegar. Let sit to plump up for about 10 minutes. Before serving mix 2 parts olive oil and stir well. Can be used as a condiment on any meat, fish, game, poultry, or vegetable. Can be used as a bread dipping sauce, a marinade, or a dry rub on meat.
