Asado All Purpose can be used as a dry rub or as a delicious brine. In Argentina it is called salmuera. This seasoning can be used on beef, pork, poultry, wild game, fish and vegetables. How to use as a brine: Mix one tablespoon of Salmuera to every 1/2 cup of warm water.
